You will handle calls, triage physician inquiries, monitor worklists, support radiologists in related systems, and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in healthcare-focused business admin is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare is beneficial; proficiency with Windows PC is required.

Responsibilities

• Function as a physician liaison to support reading room operations and regulatory compliance.
• Answer and direct phone calls; triage physician inquiries to minimize delays.
• Monitor worklists and distribute urgent exams to physicians for interpretation.
• Assist supervisor with staffing issues and problem solving as needed.
• Collaborate with Safety Ambassador to maintain a safe environment in the reading room.
