Medical City Dallas seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires prioritizing patient safety, coordinating with physicians and teams, and educating patients and families about conditions and treatment plans.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license with an Associate Degree and have at least 1 year of ICU experience. ACLS/BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Formación

• RN with an Associate Degree required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• 1+ year ICU experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with care teams.
• Document care in patient records promptly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
