Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MICU. The 20-bed unit cares for older adolescents to older adults with cardiac needs and requiring cardiac monitoring. Evening shifts are available from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with full-time and part-time options and alternating weekends/holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program leading to RN licensure.
• Current Michigan RN license with BLS; ACLS required for specific units.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze patient information.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise an individualized plan of care.
• Use teach-back method to educate patients and families.
• Communicate patient status during rounds and handoffs.
• Follow HIPAA policies and procedures.
