Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school preferred.
• All nursing licenses/certifications are required upon hire per state standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnoses, outcomes planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care in a culturally competent manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain timely documentation and follow governance policies.
