Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Fulltime RN for the Intermediate ICU on the night shift (7p-7a) at a 16-bed Level IV Trauma unit, on a Magnet-designated Baldrige Award-winning campus dedicated to quality care and a culture of compassion.

The RN will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to patients and families, while upholding licensure standards and Wellstar's Professional Practice Model.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS or ACLS Instructor where applicable.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safe care.
• Document care and participate in governance and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and precept other professionals as needed.
