Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for the Critical Care unit on the night shift in Georgia. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care influenced by evidence-based practice and organizational standards.

Responsibilities include nursing process execution, collaboration with care teams, and active participation in performance improvement while upholding patient safety and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Less than 1 year completion of accredited nursing program with required clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and individual needs.
• Collaborates with patients and families through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and participates in performance improvement activities.
