Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude through experience with machinery.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and to keep accurate written records.
• Willingness to learn all functions of the job and adapt to shift schedules.
• Capable of performing duties requiring physical effort (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Set up machine for production including assembling freezers and parts.
• Monitor product specifications (weight, size, output) and maintain quality.
• Follow GMP/quality procedures and keep lines clean and organized.
• Report problems to Supervisors and maintenance and participate in continuous improvement.
