This full-time role requires 1–2 years in dairy or food manufacturing and familiarity with regulatory guidelines. You’ll contribute to efficient production flow while ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years in dairy or food manufacturing.
• Experience with HTST systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming dairy and liquid ingredients.
• Operate HTST pasteurization equipment and monitor parameters.
• Prepare and blend ice cream mixes according to formulations.
• Maintain HACCP, SQF, and FDA compliance.
• Document production activities and report deviations.
