Job summary

Baxter is seeking an HVAC Technician, Maintenance - Manufacturing at our Marion, NC facility. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance and preventative care of plant equipment, with a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 7pm to 3am.

You will work with engineering, vendors, and central maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation, and you may travel for factory acceptance testing. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical systems repair or industrial maintenance.
• Basic English communication skills necessary to work with team.

Responsibilities

• Support PMT, TPM, and energy reduction initiatives.
• Modify equipment with change control documentation (CMR/EWR).
• Perform safety improvements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Train others on maintenance procedures and SOPs.
• Develop standard work for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers.
• Travel for factory acceptance testing as needed.
