Job summary

TDIndustries, a premier MEP company, seeks an HVAC Technician II to operate and maintain critical building systems, including HVAC setup and balancing and water treatment. The role involves troubleshooting electrical/mechanical components in line with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Shift: 3rd Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7:30am. TDIndustries provides a path for growth across hospital, school, and data center environments, with a focus on training and career development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree in related field is preferred.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
• 3+ years of HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance, repairs and modifications to facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.).
• Responds to service work orders and diagnoses faults in building management/energy systems.
• Collaborates with technicians, interprets blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and logs readings from equipment.
• Uses standard tools and keeps work area clean and organized.
• Follows all safety policies and uses required PPE.
• Contributes to facility team goals.
