Qualifications

• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Monitor department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement personal development plans to support professional growth.
• Ensure orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and regular evaluations.
