Job summary

UPS is seeking a night-shift Supervisor in Aurora, CO to oversee Package Handlers, train staff, and maintain safety, productivity, and attendance. You will lead teams, ensure accuracy, and foster strong cross-functional relationships across the department.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible hours (Mon-Fri 11PM-4AM). Competitive pay, benefits, and incentive programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and that operations comply with OSHA requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation and training for all department employees.
