Job summary

UPS seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and train Package Handlers, ensuring safety, productivity and accuracy. You will lead workgroups, promote proactive communication, and foster cross‑department collaboration to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible scheduling, and strong communication. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and training workgroups.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Improve productivity, accuracy, and customer service across the department.
• Develop and monitor employee development plans and coaching.
