Jacobs in North America Life Sciences is seeking a Night Shift HSE Supervisor to support a pharmaceutical project in Wilson/Cary, NC. You will partner with the Project HSE Manager to lead safety excellence and protect workers while aligning with Beyond Zero standards.

You will own HSE processes, conduct training, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Travel within US may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional HSE certification or degree in construction safety or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' construction HSE experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour Training (construction) preferred.
• Experience delivering safety training and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE leadership on a pharmaceutical project in Wilson/Cary, NC.
• Support the Project HSE Manager and ensure no worker injuries.
• Implement Jacobs HSE processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regulatory guidance and governance oversight.
