Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HSE Specialist Sr. to supervise and administer project safety, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all staff. You will coordinate safety efforts and communicate conditions to the HSE Manager and project leadership.

Responsibilities include daily field inspections, safety training, incident investigations, and developing safety plans for projects. Travel to job sites is expected while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience required.
• 3 years on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, IOSH, STS-C or higher in EHS field.
• First Aid, CPR, AED training completed.
• Regulatory knowledge of safety rules and hazard control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientation training.
• Perform daily machinery, equipment, and work condition inspections.
• Observe use of safety equipment (glasses, helmets, respirators, clothing).
• Inspect fire-prevention, first-aid, and safety devices.
• Test work areas for hazards (noise, toxins) using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare daily safety reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes.
• Document accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Assist in developing JSA, SHMP, PSSP and safety plans; lead weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate proper equipment use and conduct safety training.
