Job summary

You will handle high-volume walk-up support, incoming calls, and email inquiries for the People Operations team, resolving first-level requests and escalating when needed.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR systems and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP/HR and Workday familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence and tasks per established procedures.
• Reviews and updates key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet faster SLAs and KPIs.
