Job summary

MCR Hotels is seeking an Overnight Housekeeping Supervisor to support nightly housekeeping operations at The Landing at Skyview 6. You will supervise the deep night shift, ensure safe and compliant use of chemicals, and maintain high cleanliness standards across public spaces and rooms.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with English proficiency a must. Flexibility for 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am), weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and one year of related experience.
• Previous hotel/resort experience is a plus.
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual a plus but not required.
• Must adhere to appearance standards and designated uniform.
• Dedicated to delivering high-caliber service and cleanliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 3rd shift: 10pm–6:30am; holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deep night shift operations and supervise Overnight Housekeeping staff.
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio or phone with team members.
• Distribute and maintain equipment for Overnight Housekeeping staff.
• Assist in cleaning public areas, offices, and classrooms as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and evaluate areas per procedures.
• Inspect meeting rooms and public spaces; report discrepancies to front desk daily.
• Submit maintenance requests and follow up on assignments.
• Coach and supervise Overnight Housepersons; conduct pre-shift meetings as needed.
• Support cost control and payroll efforts; assist with inventory.
