Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain adherence to clinical protocols to support our mission of care beyond compare.

The role emphasizes leadership, guidance, and training of new staff, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every resident on the 11p-7a shift, Monday

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina (unencumbered).

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor.

11p-7a Monday - Friday

As the RN House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• This is a salaried/exempt position.
