Job summary

Lillington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lillington, NC, seeks a qualified RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure Care Beyond Compare for residents.

As a supervisor, you will coordinate CNAs, administer prescribed medications, and uphold care plans while collaborating with clinicians to maintain high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Provide individualized nursing care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explains procedures and treatments ordered to gain patients’ cooperation and allay apprehension.
• Observe vital signs to detect deviations from normal and gauge progress of the patient.
• Maintains patients’ medical record on nursing observation and action taken.
• Records nursing needs of patient on care plan to ensure continuity of care.
• Observes emotional stability of patients and prepares them for continuing care after discharge.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
