Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified RN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team and uphold our Care Beyond Compare standards.

11p-7a Monday - Friday

As the RN House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.
