Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a versatile RN to serve as both House Supervisor and Float Pool RN. The role involves leading hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and ensuring safe, efficient care across departments.

The RN will manage staffing, patient flow, respond to codes and rapid responses, and serve as a hospital-wide resource mentoring teams and supporting clinical judgment. The Float Pool RN component requires cross-unit care across various units and workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Minimum three years hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications before first shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, ensuring safe and efficient care across departments.
• Manage staffing and patient flow and respond to urgent events such as codes and rapid responses.
• Act as a hospital-wide resource, mentoring teams and supporting clinical judgment.
• As a Float Pool RN, provide high-quality nursing care across units, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adapting to different patient populations.
