Job summary

Trinity Health Livingston in Brighton, MI seeks a BSN-educated RN to serve as House Administrator for 12 hours weekly (7 p.m.–7 a.m.). There is also an option to maintain 24 additional bedside hours in our inpatient unit.

The House Administrator coordinates and oversees personnel and resources, mentors staff, collaborates with the Nurse Manager and medical leadership, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care aligned with ANA standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Michigan RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years progressive leadership in clinical setting with critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate flow, throughput, and bed placement with care teams.
• Respond to codes, falls, emergencies; ensure safety and protocols.
• Collaborate with managers and physicians to optimize operations and staffing.
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate organizational initiatives.
