Job summary

Trinity Health Livingston in Brighton, MI seeks a BSN RN with critical care experience to serve as House Administrator for 12 hours weekly (7 p.m.–7 a.m.). Opportunity to also work 24 more hours as bedside RN in inpatient unit.

The role partners with the Nurse Manager to mentor staff, guide operations, and promote evidence-based nursing practice. The position is part-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and a pathway to contribute to organizational initiatives across nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN license in Michigan required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years progressive nursing experience including direct patient care, staff education, supervision, and problem solving.
• Minimum of one year critical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership, delegation, organization and coordination during the shift.
• Responds to codes, patient falls, emergencies and workplace violence with established protocols.
• Monitors hospital operations by analyzing data and conducting unit rounds to address patient and staff needs.
• Allocates resources to maintain safe care and coordinates patient flow and bed placement.
