• Relays information via paging and beeper systems as needed.
• Maintains courteous attitude to patients, family and staff.
• Manages emergency situations for fire and safety as they arise.
• Responds to Code Blue, Code Red, and Code Alert alarms as required.
• Trains new switchboard operators and ensures proper operation of board and paging systems.
