Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Night Shift Security Officer to join the Public Safety department. You will be responsible for the safety and security of hospital buildings, property, patients, visitors, and staff, patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance, and responding to incidents.

The role requires a valid IL driver’s license, at least 21 years old, and prior security experience or equivalent. CPR and restraint skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Valid IL Driver's License is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year security experience in the past three years is required.
• Defensive Tactics, ASP Baton, Pepper Spray, Restraint, CPR and typing/computer skills preferred.
