Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
• Driving is a requirement with a valid license and insurance.
• Good driving record verifiable with DMV.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital facilities and grounds to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Assist patients and visitors with directions and information.
• Respond to campus emergencies and stat calls (fire, theft, endangerment).
• Enforce hospital parking policy in a fair manner.
• Assist clinical staff with de-escalation and, if needed, therapeutic restraints.
• Inspect entrances, doors, and alarms; report irregularities and maintain secure conditions.
