Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Hospital Phlebotomist to join our Vancouver, WA team. The role includes blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods, specimen processing, data entry, and patient service. The position is full-time with a 7-on/7-off night schedule (9:00 PM–7:30 AM).

Minimum qualifications include a WA Phlebotomy license (MA-P) and strong customer service skills. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred and flexibility for overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P) required.
• 1+ year of experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and related tests.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
