Job summary

UPMC Williamsport is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be a third shift Hospital Operator. This position will work 11:00pm to 7:00am Monday through Friday with a rotation every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience in a call center or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers administrative support and acts as a liaison between customers and Hospitality Services.
• Handles calls and concerns, dispatches requests, and processes room reservations and catering.
• Maintains knowledge of safety, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provides friendly, informed, and professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
