Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Supervisor, Food Services to lead daily food service operations at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. This role requires guiding staff, ensuring high-quality patient meals and cafeteria service, and coordinating resources for operational excellence.

The position includes night shifts, cross-training, and involvement in onboarding and training of new employees, with a focus on safety, standards, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of experience in a food service-related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Trade or vocational education in Business, Nutrition, Dietetics, or Culinary field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency needed to perform essential job functions.

• Lead and support daily operations to ensure high-quality service and patient experience.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff, providing training.
• Provide leadership to Food and Nutrition Associates.
• Assist team with priorities and workload management.
• Monitor quality and service in assigned areas.
• Instruct and coach Food and Nutrition Associates.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues for smooth service.
• Meet needs of patient meals, catering, and cafeteria services.
• Attend department meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Respond to Code Red and assist on drills.
