Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Floor Technician for Baylor Scott and White Waco Hospital to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment in a hospital setting.

The role includes night shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends and requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and PPE protocols. Experience in floor care and ability to read, write, and perform basic math preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large areas.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and infection control standards and PPE requirements.
