Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication and perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Performs hard floor care procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing) per guidelines.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, extractions, spot cleaning).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment per schedule for large areas.
• Conducts maintenance/restoration for all floor types.
• Properly handles MSW, infectious, and pharmaceutical waste.
• Removes trash and cleans/disinfects receptacles and carts as needed.
• Follows Aramark safety, sanitation, and PPE standards.
• Adheres to Aramark appearance standards and uses PPE.
