Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience in healthcare cleaning preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow cleaning and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of restroom cleaning and complete patient room cleaning.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and select proper chemicals for tasks.
• Use PPE and proper lifting techniques to ensure safety.
• Manage waste streams (solid, bio-waste, chemotherapy, pharmaceutical) per guidelines.
• Operate Ultra Violet Light devices as required.
• Document daily assignments and maintain effective communication with staff.
