Job summary

On-location adjustments and repairs keep the physical plant running smoothly. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years in maintenance, 2 years in basic carpentry and drywall, and a Black Seal High Pressure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years in maintenance across multiple equipment and facilities.
• 2 years construction experience in basic carpentry and drywall.
• Black Seal High Pressure Boiler's License.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, or improve hospital facilities or equipment.
• Perform semi-skilled tasks in drywall, painting, doors, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Adjust and repair equipment and the physical plant on location.
• Construct or reconstruct equipment and the facility as directed.
• Perform small construction tasks and install new equipment as directed.
• Responsible for snow removal during and after hours.
• Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair.
