CDOT in Colorado is seeking a Highway Maintenance Specialist for NW Denver. This role centers on safety, hands-on repair, and winter maintenance with on‑call rotation. The team works in a patrol setting with a lead specialist guiding daily tasks.

The position requires a Colorado CDL Class A or B, two years of physical labor or heavy equipment experience, and offers overtime opportunities. Base pay is around $53,940–$54,000 yearly plus a $12,000 housing stipend, totaling about $65,940 annually,
