Qualifications

• Prior experience operating high-speed inserters or similar machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed inserters to assemble and insert materials into envelopes or mailers.
• Ensure proper setup and adjustment of equipment for different sizes/types of materials.
• Monitor inserters to prevent jams and malfunctions; maintain smooth operation.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of inserters to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily goals and prioritize job orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of inserted materials and address discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or technical problems with inserters.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
