The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in distribution with forklift experience, especially high‑reach trucks. Standup forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years distribution operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• Forklift operations experience; high-reach truck required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety culture and PPE adherence.
• Directs product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain adequate pallet supply; coordinate changeovers.
• Operate PMs and troubleshoot palletizers, stretch wrappers, and labeling system.
