Responsibilities include maintaining pallet flow, coordinating equipment changeovers, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years in distribution operations, with high-reach forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication in multiple media – verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English - verbal and written.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Experience operating or coordinating palletizer/packaging workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safety culture and follow all plant safety policies at all times.
• Direct product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain supply of empty pallets for palletizer use.
• Coordinate changeovers of palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Coordinate end-of-work orders with Manufacturing Tech Line Operators and others.
• Ensure line clearance during changeover to new work order.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform PMs on palletizers, stretch wrappers, and related equipment.
• Supply raw materials to equipment like stretch wrap and labels as needed.
• Inspect pallets against quality standards and document results.
• Assist with training and certification programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
