Church & Dwight in York, PA is seeking a Palletizer Operator for the G shift to support the Warehouse Coordinator in directing workflow in a high-volume facility. The role requires operating palletizers, stretch wrappers and related equipment, with safety and quality as top priorities.

The position demands a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in distribution operations, including forklift experience. A high-reach forklift is required, with stand-up forklift preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in distribution operations, including equipment, materials, workflow, WMS and forklift operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• High-reach forklift experience is required for this job function.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
• Direct product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain adequate supply of empty pallets for palletizer use.
• Coordinate changeovers of palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Coordinate end of work orders with Manufacturing Technicians and other operations staff.
• Ensure line clearance during changeover to new work orders.
• Perform mechanical operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and PMs on palletizers, stretch wrappers, PLS and related equipment.
• Supply raw materials to palletizer area equipment as needed.
• Inspect pallets against quality standards and document results.
• Assist with training and certification programs as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
