Qualifications

• Reading charts and graphs to follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of measuring equipment and chemicals per instructions.
• Must be able to read and follow safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat treating and metal finishing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and complete production work orders.
• Keep work area clean and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety, SPCC, and RCRA procedures for hazardous materials.
• Prepare production reports and timecards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lean manufacturing principles.
