Responsibilities include ensuring accurate records, safeguarding patient information per HIPAA, and delivering supplies promptly to patient care areas. Strong administrative and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of inventory management strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with a procurement system (PeopleSoft) and related tools.
• General computer competencies for handling email, documents, and inventory systems.
• Office administration skills for supporting local and remote teams.
• Customer service concepts to meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing materials to patient care areas.
• Maintain awareness of equipment in use and available inventory.
• Utilize PeopleSoft Mobile Supply Chain for receiving and cycle counts.
• Keep accurate records—delivery documents and logs—and ensure cleanliness.
• Respond to requests from staff and deliver supplies promptly while upholding HIPAA privacy.
