Qualifikationen

• Health care experience with knowledge of patient care equipment.

Aufgaben

• Collects soiled equipment and carts and returns to cleaning area.
• Terminally cleans equipment and inspects for safety; returns to storage.
• Performs physical inventory and replenishes items using Materials Management Information System.
• Locates equipment using the equipment tracking system.
• Documents and requisitions equipment rentals as needed.
• Documents equipment issues and location throughout the facility.
• Delivers specialty carts and patient care equipment within priority guidelines.
• Assembles bedside patient traction upon request.
• Perinatal - handles and transports specimens and assists with patient transfers using proper body mechanics.
