Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to supervise our critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. You will lead, coach, and align the team to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets, while embracing continuous improvement and best-practice methods.

You will manage a rotating 5-4-5 schedule (9:30PM–7:00AM) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safer, more efficient operations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma or continuous improvement is desired.
• Automotive paint shop, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision experience desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent team-building and visionary leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
