Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and guide a cleaning crew in critical process cleaning projects across North America. You will lead the team to complete tasks safely, maintain quality, and communicate effectively using two-way radios while adapting to fast-paced environments.

You will maintain focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, embracing our values and ensuring reliable delivery of services that meet client expectations.

• Identify potential issues and report to Group Leader; develop timely solutions.
