Intel Corporation in Phoenix seeks an Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Yield DefMet Shift Group Leader to lead technicians on a 12‑hour compressed shift, set priorities, and drive safety, quality, availability, and training across the team.

You will develop roadmaps to meet metrics, influence manufacturing decisions with data analysis, and partner with module SGL teams to resolve quality issues while modeling the company culture and leadership standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication or related process engineering areas.
• Experience with yield improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on 12-hour compressed shifts; set priorities and drive performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, availability, velocity, and cost objectives for the group.
• Schedule work, assign personnel, and coordinate multiple functions within manufacturing.
• Communicate quality messages daily and collaborate with module SGL teams to implement manufacturable quality solutions.
