Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in directing the night crew operations.

• Maintain product quality, rotate stock, and keep backroom organized.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control; operate related equipment.
• Plan merchandise needs for regular and seasonal events; support displays.
• Ensure policy compliance, shrink control, and safety procedures during afterhours.
• Foster a friendly, fast, and courteous customer service environment.
