Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a dedicated Night Crew Associate to support third shift operations, ensure proper stocking, and deliver fast, friendly service to customers. You will help manage the Night Crew, coordinate with Front End staff, and assist with ordering and receiving groceries.

Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, maintaining shelf standards, unloading deliveries, and upholding company policies to protect inventory and ensure smooth nightly operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Oversee the Third Shift store operation two to three nights a week.
• Ensure shelf conditions, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Assist in scheduling Night Crew Associates and coordination of Front End/Office operations.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for Grocery department and meet transmission times.
• Unload Warehouse and DSD deliveries and protect inventory.
