Responsibilities

• Ensure freight is unloaded, stocked, and displayed per standards.
• Monitor stocking productivity and maintain timelines.
• Verify shelf tags, pricing accuracy, and planogram compliance.
• Lead and coach Night Crew associates; step in for supervisor when needed.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Promote customer service and store readiness during overnight hours.
• Assist in achieving labor, productivity, and operational goals.
