Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Grinder Operator for the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to grind scrap and maintain a safe, organized production area. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, operating pallet jacks, and identifying regrind for proper tracking.

Eligible candidates should have 1–3 months related experience or training, be able to work overtime, and thrive in a production environment with strong attendance and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must have good housekeeping skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify scrap to be ground.
• Sort and grind scrap; identify and mark regrind accordingly for proper identification.
• Keep warehouse organized.
• Use Power industrial trucks (Pallet Jacks) to transport materials.
• Must perform any other assigned duties.
