Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring dependable General Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution center in Chambersburg, PA. The night shift runs Wed 12am-6am and Thur-Sat 6pm-6am, with pay of $20/hr.

No specialized experience is required, and cross-training is provided to progress into equipment operator roles. As part of inbound/outbound operations, you will unload trucks, sort and label items, and support order fulfillment while keeping safety a priority.

We are looking for dependable General Warehouse Associates to help run our high-volume distribution center. Our Back half nights shift is Wed 12am-6am & Thur-Sat 6pm-6am $20.00/hr. What You'll Do Inbound & Outbound: Unload incoming trucks, place items onto conveyors for sorting, and help load outbound trailers. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, scan, and label items accurately to keep shipments moving. Sorting & Staging: Move product carts to staging areas and sort individual units on automated conveyors. Team Operations: Cross-train across different warehouse departments to support daily volume needs. Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and PPE rules.
