Job summary

Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is seeking General Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution center. Our front-half night shift runs Sun-Tues 6pm-6am and Wed 6pm-12am, paying $20.00 per hour.

No specialized experience required, with cross-training and a clear path to advance into equipment operator roles. You will unload trucks, sort items, fulfill orders, and work across warehouse teams to keep shipments moving, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and following PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound: Unload incoming trucks, place items onto conveyors for sorting, and help load outbound trailers.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, scan, and label items accurately to keep shipments moving.
• Sorting & Staging: Move product carts to staging areas and sort units on automated conveyors.
• Team Operations: Cross-train across different warehouse departments to support daily volume needs.
• Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and PPE rules.
